FDA 21CFR中有關(guān)于食品接觸材料相關(guān)部分：

第110章—-GMP 有關(guān)生產(chǎn)與食品容器相關(guān)的產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量規(guī)范

第170～189章—-原材料 針對與食品接觸的原料的規(guī)定

對于所有與食品飲料直接接觸，或者直接與人口舌接觸的器皿，材料等，都必須通過FDA標準的檢測認證，才能進入美國市場。

1.食品包裝材料FDA檢測認證 ：紙張，塑料薄膜，金屬塑鋁箔，

2.玻璃陶瓷產(chǎn)品FDA檢測認證 ：各類玻璃陶瓷的鍋、碗、盤、勺、盆、杯、瓶、壺等產(chǎn)品

3.食品級塑料產(chǎn)品FDA檢測認證 ：與食品接觸或直接入口的塑料類材料，主要包括：尼龍、ABS、ACRY、PU、PE、PC、PVC、PP、PR、PET、PO、PS、PSU、POM、PPS、EVA、SAN、SMM、EVA、BS、MEL、COPP、KRAT、ACRY等等 tel：I36-I3O4-7I56

4.涂料產(chǎn)品FDA檢測認證 ：涂布于食品接觸表面的石蠟共聚物、PVC涂料，粉末涂料，油墨等。

5.水暖五金產(chǎn)品FDA檢測認證： 與飲用水，自來水接觸的龍頭，水管，容器，泵閥，熱水器等
